I have recently switched to Greer Service from another company and have been very pleased with their maintenance service for my electric heat pump and air handler. David was very thorough in inspecting both the heat pump and the air handler.

David - Chapel Hill, NC
The crew came out three times in the past two weeks at short notice to fix my aging system. They correctly diagnosed and fixed a new problem with each visit, explained what was happening, and helped me prepare for what happens when I need a new system (mine is already a year past its expected life span). There was no additional charge for any of the visits. All was covered in my monthly plan. These guys are trustworthy, experienced, and effective.
Response from Greer's Heating & Air:
Thank you so much for the kind words. I’m sorry this took multiple visits but sometimes mechanical things don’t always want to cooperate. The good news is that you are back up and working well!
